We buy controlling stakes in profitable, founder-run businesses and hold them for the long term. We are not traders. When we invest, we plan in decades — helping a good company become the clear leader of its market, then keeping it there.
Most of the businesses we back are still run by the people who started them, and they stay that way. We add capital, patience, and a small group of people who have built and run companies before. Then we let the business do what it does best.
