We are buy-and-build investors. We acquire several firms in the same sector and grow them together, adding capital, improving operations and logistics, and combining back-office functions to remove duplicated cost. The aim is to build one clear leader in each market we enter, rather than a collection of businesses run separately.
Most of the businesses we acquire keep their name, their people, and their local relationships. What changes is what sits behind them: stronger systems, better buying power, and access to capital they could not reach alone.
